VIA Strengths Assessment

Strengths are our focus for month one! Our goal of this month is to IDENTIFY, USE, DEVELOP! Develop our top STRENGTHS not weaknesses.

Research has shown that people who use their strengths are;

  • Are happier

  • More confident

  • Higher self esteem

  • Stress less

  • More resilient

  • More likely to achieve goals

  • Perform better at work

  • More engaged at work

Inward and Outward Strength Expression

Are you dialling your strengths up or down when it comes to your inner and outer worlds?

How can we use our strengths with more balance? This activity asks you to go deeper with your chosen 5 strengths you want to focus on in your top 10.

Keep your notes, thoughts, somewhere as this will be discussed in our first group session.

Utilising Your Strengths

With a world so focused on deficits and working on the things we are not naturally good at, this month we are flipping that and ONLY focusing on increasing the things you are GREAT at.

You will choose two strengths from your top 8 in your VIA Strengths Report and will focus on tallying them up for a two week period, using yourself as a science experiment to observe what happens inwardly and around you when you stop trying to work on the things you suck at and use what you are good at more.

Track your experiment however you choose, as this will be discussed in our first group session.
